Despite the continuing responses to the Consumermass editorial submitted by RVI (perhaps a DP response record, second to the Feminism battle of last year) we've decided to let the battle rage on ONLY for those concerned and forwarded the flames to the respective intended recipients.
Instead, we're throwing in with the whole retro craze and reprinting last year's post-Consumermass editorial. Why? Because we said so, that's why...

Everybody get everything they wanted for Consumermass? Nah, me neither. Anybody get what they need? I got a little of that (stress on the "little"!) Still waiting on world peace, a steady soul mate, winning the lotto, camping equipment, pots and pans, money, and some random erotic acts we'll not mention. World peace I'm always working for so I'm sure it'll come along any day now. The lotto I rarely even buy tickets for but one of these days.... When that day comes I'll be able to afford the pots, pans, camping equipment, and maybe some random erotic acts. The soul mate? Working on that all the time too, just let me finish this world peace thing....
