Some people really have been doing this too long. PM is clearly jaded from too many perverse parties and naughty nights. So for those of you who need some kind of litmus test for yourself, here's Degenerate Press' handy "You Know You've Been Going To Cons Too Long When..."

• You're too jaded for anyting to shock you, or at least amuse you.
• Because of your ever-present face, people mistake you for staff even though you've never been on staff.
• You don't even know how many cons you've been to.
• Your favorite celebrity guest dies before they can make an appearance.
• People say "Love your costume/mask/makeup" and you're not wearing one.
• You have con badges older than the kid running the game you got sucked into.
• You hang out with cops (Dave/Vera) instead of fearing them.
• You can't figure out why the young (girl or guy) you're making out with seems so familiar. Then you meet their (mom or dad) and it all comes back to you.
• You still reminisce about cons that don't even exist any more.
• 2003 marks Dale's 20th anniversary of attending cons.
• Dawn Marie is dead.
• You are the creepy old people at the con.
• One word - HANGOVER.

I'd like to thank the staff of Fantasm for yet another mind-blowing weekend. Every year I swear I'm going to join the staff of this fantastic con so I can help keep a good thing going, but then I see the staff worn and weary before the event even gets going. Thanks to the sacrifice of these wonderful people, the rest of us get to have a great time.
